All guests must prepay to this event -your reservation is not secure until payment is received. Each payment per guest must be made separately and you will receive a confirmation per payment.

There are no cancellations or refunds, due to the small group number attending. if you cannot attend we will credit your payment towards our next Virginia city trip (tentatively in January)
